How Studiofy works
Step-by-step guides for booking a studio and for listing your space. Pick the path that matches you.
1. Create your free account
Tap Sign up in the top right. Use your email and a password, or continue with Google. You'll be ready to book in under a minute.
Tip: Already have an account? Just hit Login.
2. Search by postcode or date
From the homepage or the Find a studio page, enter a UK postcode (e.g. CM1 6LY) and the date you want. We'll show studios near you, ranked by location.
3. Open a studio you like
Each listing shows photos, the hourly rate, capacity, amenities (mirrors, sound system, kitchen, parking) and the exact address.
Tip: Scroll down for the live availability calendar.
4. Pick a date and time slot
Choose your date, then select one or more 30-minute slots that are shown as available. The total price updates automatically.
5. Pay securely — but you're not charged yet
Checkout runs on Stripe. We only place a hold on your card — money isn't deducted until the studio owner approves your booking. If they decline, the hold is released automatically.
6. Wait for owner confirmation
You'll get an email the moment the owner approves or declines. Approved bookings appear under My bookings with the address and any access instructions.
7. Turn up and enjoy your session
Bring whatever you need for your session. If anything changes, you can cancel from My bookings — if the owner hasn't approved yet, the hold drops off your card.
